News from London give us the circumstances in which the ship Horn, from Tampico to Havana foundered at sea with a large quantity of specie on board.

The loss will fall entirely on British merchants. Enormous quantities of specie are transported from Mexico to the coast.

Three days after the departure of the Horn, from Tampico, 3.000.000 of dollars were ready to sail again.
